  • Help is just a phone call away—for kids, teens, and the people who care for them. Rhode Island’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) is a 24/7, no-cost crisis response program for children and youth ages 2 to 21. Whether it’s a child in emotional distress, a teen experiencing a mental health crisis, or a family struggling to manage intense behaviors—MRSS sends trained clinicians directly to the home, school, or community within about an hour. We help stabilize the situation, support the family, and connect youth to longer-term care.
