Fatherhood Matters

OUR MISSION

The Rhode Island Fatherhood Initiative was formed to increase father engagement and improve outcomes for children and families statewide.

Join us if you'd like to see real change in the systems that impact you as a father.

Steering Committee Membership

Along with support and community, our goals include engaging fathers to:

  • provide authentic input to state agencies and programs

  • partner with fathers to provide leadership and input to RIFI steering committee

  • work with father leaders to increase their knowledge and advocacy skills

  • promote public awareness for policy and practice reform

Membership is open to agencies, state partners, and father leaders.
