The Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) at Day One provides a multi-disciplinary, child-centered approach to suspected child abuse, including sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, and exposure to violence — reducing trauma and supporting recovery. The CAC is accredited by the National Children’s Alliance, offers statewide services in Kent, Newport, Providence, and Washington Counties, and partners with community, medical, and legal systems for coordinated care.
